COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION FOR BUSINESS MATCH MAKING at “Asia INTERPRISE on EHS Management for Livestock Production and Meat Processing at LIVESTOCK Asia 2005, Kuala Lumpur, 27^th – 29^th Sept 2005”.

We are pleased to inform that the Federation of Livestock Farmers’ Associations of Malaysia (FLFAM) has been granted as a beneficiary to the Asia Invest II Programme with a project titled “Asia INTERPRISE on EHS Management for Livestock Production and Meat Processing at LIVESTOCK Asia 2005, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 27^th – 29^th September 2005”.

The Asia Invest II Programme promotes and supports business co-operation between the EU member states and Malaysia. The FLFAM is taking up the task of arranging business to business match-making activities between EU and Malaysian companies, particularly on the aspect of environmental health and safety issue concerning livestock farms, slaughtering houses, meat processing plants and so on. Currently we have successfully recruited over 40 EU companies involved in the scope of feed, livestock production, genetics, ventilation, slaughtering, meat processing, animal health, water, wastewater, air treatment engineering solution. We will arrange one-to-one business matchings for you with any of the 40 EU companies of your choice.

Malaysians livestock farms, feedmillers, veterinarians, meat processors, retailers, distributors, agents, officials, research personnel and institution, etc are invited to participate in this programme. 亚洲-投资计划

谨此欣然通知，本会经荣誉获得欧盟委员会颁发成为一项名为“亚洲－投资计划”的受惠单位，并从即日起开放给所有欧盟国家的动物生产及加工过程中所产生的废弃物及废水处理公司申请，以参加九月份在吉隆坡举行的贸易洽商会，和有兴趣的大马商家会谈。

这项“亚洲－投资计划”的目的是为了促进和支持欧盟与亚洲商家之间的生意合作，并通过行业性商会来安排并促成有利双方的伙伴关系，和技术转移，从而加强这两个区域之间的贸易与投资联系。

此次计划主要是给欧盟国家的动物生产与加工的环保卫生公司到来我国开拓商机，并介绍最新的禽畜业农场，屠宰场或加工厂等相关行业的废弃物和废水处理技术给我国商家，以便更好和更有效地处理和解决环保问题。

为此，本会将在9月27日至29日期间，从周二至周四一连三天在吉隆坡绿野国际展览和会议中心，配合本年度禽畜业和饲料业大展的举行为所有向该会报名的欧盟公司及大马的相关业者举办贸易洽商会，让有意建立商业联系的双方面进行一对一的商业对谈。

目前，这项洽商会已获得大约40家以上欧盟各国公司的热烈反应。
